Terms & Conditions – Farmatuur

Welcome to Farmatuur! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed via our webshop [www.farmatuur.com] and, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Farmatuur.

By using our webshop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Offer

We take the utmost care in selecting our assortment and presenting our products.
Colours and shapes may slightly differ from how they appear on your screen.
All offers are valid while stocks last and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using the methods offered in our webshop.
Your order is only final once confirmed and payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide.
Stated delivery times are indicative; delays cannot give rise to compensation.
Risk passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
You must inform us by email within this period of your decision to withdraw.
Products must be returned without delay and within 14 days after notification, in their original condition and packaging.
The cost and risk of the return shipment are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used.
Exceptions: products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as opened food, cosmetics, or supplements) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and Warranty

We do our utmost to deliver products in perfect condition.
If you have a complaint, please notify us as soon as possible at alwin@farmatuur.com.
Legal warranty: as a consumer, you are entitled to free repair or replacement for defects not caused by improper use.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, logos, and designs on the webshop are the property of Farmatuur or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without prior consent.

8. Liability

Farmatuur is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential loss, lost profit, or data loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Belgian and European law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the judicial district of Hasselt, Belgium.

10. Changes

Farmatuur reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable at the time of your order shall apply.
