Return Policy - Farmatuur

At Farmatuur we want you to feel confident about your purchase. While we hope you’ll love your order, you do have rights under European consumer law.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at alwin@farmatuur.com within this period.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For reasons of health and hygiene, returns are not accepted for opened food products, supplements, cosmetics, or other items that cannot be resold safely once opened.

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return Costs

The cost and responsibility of the return shipment are entirely borne by the customer. Please make sure to use a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your payment (including the original shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at alwin@farmatuur.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. You will receive return instructions via email.

3. Ship your return securely packaged to the address provided.
